ECOSWF works to ensure local municipalities are conforming to state and federal regulations when it comes to the dumping of solid human waste, or sludge, onto dry land. ECOSWF partners with local organizations and Earth Justice and attends legislative hearings and government meetings to make sure regulations are enforced.
